This is What The Real Estate Portfolio of The Kardashian-Jenner Brood Looks Like

Ami Ciccone Jun 17, 2021

The adage all good things must come to an end stands true in the case of the show Keeping Up With the Kardashians (KUWTK).

For over 13 years, KUWTK has been entertaining people across the globe. It’s been highlighting the personal and professional lives of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, which includes Kris Jenner, her ex-spouse Caitlyn Jenner, and their children, in a reality TV format (and let’s face it – everyone loves reality TV!).

Now, when the show is coming to an end in June 2021, we thought, why not raise a toast to the empire it has helped the family build. So, here we are with a list of the exquisite properties owned by the Kardashians and the Jenners. Do have a look and let us know which one’s your favorite.

Kris Jenner

After saying goodbye to her 9,459 sq. ft. estate in the Hidden Hills area in 2020, mama bear Kris Jenner invested in a $20 million property in the same locality. In 2018, she even purchased a desert retreat in La Quinta, near Palm Springs, for $12 million. She’s also a proud owner of two condos in Calabasas city, one of which hit the market in 2019 for $2.599 million.

Kourtney Kardashian

For more than six years, Kourtney has been residing in her 11,746 sq. ft. Calabasas home, which she purchased from retired pro football player Keyshawn Johnson for $7.45 million. She’s been living there with her three kids, Mason, Penelope, and Reign. Recently the 42-year-old has snapped up a stunning house in La Quinta for $12 million. Following in mommy’s footsteps, are we?

Kim Kardashian

Since 2018, the SKIMS founder has called Hidden Hills home. She’s been staying there with her four kids, North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm, whom she shares with her estranged husband, Kanye West.

The couple had purchased the property in 2014 and spent four years renovating it with Belgian designer Axel Vervoordt, before moving in 2018. Currently, the duo owns a $2.7 million and $2.975 million property in the same area. They’re even proud owners of a plot in La Quinta, which they bought in 2018 for $6.3 million.

Khloé Kardashian

Khloé is definitely a mama’s girl. In 2021 she purchased a 1.86 acres land right next to her mother’s Hidden Hills estate for $17 million. She sold her Calabasas mansion in 2020 for $15 million, and currently, the model is busy constructing her modern architectural style farmhouse.

Kendall Jenner

Unlike most family members, Kendall prefers living close to Los Angeles. Right now, she’s staying at a pan-Mediterranean-style house that she acquired in 2017 for $8.55 million.

During a 2020 interview with Architectural Digest, she revealed that her busy lifestyle pushed her to buy a serene location where she could forget all her worries, and luckily, she got it in the form of her L.A. home.

Kylie Jenner

Being the youngest in the family, Kylie has quite an interesting real estate portfolio. In 2020, she dropped $36.5 million on a Holmby Hills pad and $15 million on an underdeveloped site in Hidden Hills city. Before that, she acquired a $13.5 million mansion near Beverly Hills with ex Travis Scott.

It makes one wonder, doesn’t it? While regular people often struggle all their lives to buy their sole dream homes, here these people are with piles of properties.
