Deal deets
The Manhattan red brick townhouse building screams the central characters, Grace and Johnathan Fraser’s achievement aloud. While the interiors haven’t been disclosed enough in the movie, the lavish exterior has caught several property enthusiasts’ attention. So much so that within a month of the series’ airing, this property has been put up for sale!

The news about the property being listed is spreading like fire. Though its listing price should’ve increased, given that the public’s interest in it has increased, the tag on this home has dropped quite a bit. Located between Fifth and Madison Avenues, and at walking distance from Central Park, the building is on sale for $30 million.
Here’s a peek inside the house
Located in one of the poshest settings of New York, this building is stretched over 10,000 sq. ft. It houses 9 spacious bedrooms distributed over 5 floors, and 9 full and 3 partial luxurious bathrooms.
Architect CPH Gilbert initially designed this masterfully crafted building in 1878 to give off an 18-century British look and feel. The 3 private terraces give rare exposure to the beautiful view of neighboring townhouses from three sides.
Although the interior isn’t extremely significant to the series, a look inside reveals how tastefully it’s been done. The herringbone flooring with a long ceiling gives life to the red-brick crusted façade building. The beautifully laminated luminous interior is cupped by four floors of rounded bay windows, which draws exceptional charm to all the rooms by pulling extra outdoor lights in.
What’s more, the stunning property also houses a cozy library and a convenient butcher’s pantry with separate rooms for staff. You can also find a large dining area with an ultra-modern and a spacious kitchen, ready to host a family get-together or office party at your convenience.
