The estate incorporates four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a personal gym, a soundproof recording studio, a wine cellar, and a gigantic pool. It has an open-plan kitchen cum living cum dining room, which offers ample space for guests to move around during large gatherings. While talking to Wealthsimple Magazine in June 2017, Awkwafina revealed that she lived in a small New York City apartment even after becoming famous. When asked why the Jumanji: The Next Level star said it was because she was anxious about investing in large properties. However, by 2019 she seemed to have overcome her fear ‘coz bought a $2.3 million three-story townhouse in West Hollywood in the year.
