From playing a pickpocketer in Ocean’s 8 to portraying the role of Goh Peik Lin (the charismatic best friend of the protagonist) in Crazy Rich Asians, Awkwafina’s journey has been like Aladdin’s magic carpet ride. She started her career as a rapper and slowly moved towards TV shows before making her movie debut with Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising.

Rising to fame with the 2019 movie The Farewell, she won a Golden Globe Award for the role, becoming the first person of Asian descent to win the award for best actress. Since then, there’s been no looking back for the 32-year-old actress.

The estate incorporates four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a personal gym, a soundproof recording studio, a wine cellar, and a gigantic pool. It has an open-plan kitchen cum living cum dining room, which offers ample space for guests to move around during large gatherings. Plus, the hardwood flooring across the house makes barefoot walking very comfortable.

The living room has a floor-to-ceiling bookshelf with a comfy sitting area and a stylish fireplace, while the dining space has a five-seater dinner table. The kitchen has a black and white touch with glossy countertops and tall shelving. The house has quite a few rooms, especially for moments when Awkwafina has guests at home. The master bedroom has a private deck with views of a beautiful canyon, dual closets, and a master bath with a raining shower and a soaking tub. All other rooms also have comfortable beds with mesmerizing views.

The best thing about this home is the soundproof recording studio which can inspire Awkwafina to create more music after her 2018 album In Fina, We Trust. For the days when the Hollywood A-lister wants to relax and self-reflect, the vast patio space with a gigantic pool will come to her aide.
